Albania has beautiful landscapes and interesting and friendly people. Travelling through Albania with your own transport makes it very easy to get into contact with albanians. Arriving in Albania from Montenegro was feeling a little bit like coming to Asia, as the country is different from other European countries. This makes it more interesting to photograph people, living in Albania.

Photographs of people taken in countries different than european nations appear more impressing in black and white. The lack of color helps focusing on the persons themselfes and black and white has its own artistic impulse.
